Product Shipping, Product Return and Refund, and Service Refund Policies
Product Shipping Policy: Orders will be processed within one business day after receiving the order. Flat rates are $9.99 for standard USPS Priority Mail shipments, and $29.99 for USPS Express Mail shipments (domestic only). Additional fees may apply if the item(s) does not fit in regular USPS Priority mailbox or Express mailbox. We also offer UPS shipping options. UPS shipping charges vary for different zip codes, and for different items.
Product Return and Refund Policy: We will fully refund any unopened/unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 15 business days after receiving the returned item (excluding the shipping and handling fees) to process the refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Customers submit the online request for refund, or contact our customer service before shipping back the items. Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) to RLI.
Service Refund policy: In the event that RLI is responsible for not complete the service order, we will refund the customer for any uncompleted part of the service work. Please allow 15 business days to process the refund.
